| CV10K
/ CV20K Tile Roof Vents |
 |
The Harcon low profile Cowl roof vent
offers unobtrusive low or high level ventilation in tile
roofs. The Cowl roof vent can blend almost invisibly to any
roof: new build or conservation, because of Harcon’s
unique colour and texture matching service.
The low profile Cowl roof vents incorporate a factory fitted
round felt sleeve which penetrates the felt, so no extra
sleeve is required. This round sleeve significantly reduces
the felt tearing that can occur around rectangular spigots.

 |
| FW1 Felt Weir |
 |
| It is always necessary to cut
and fold back the felt before fitting a roof vent. If this
is done by following the Harcon fixing instructions no
leakage will occur. However a ‘felt weir’
is available as an extra safeguard, it guides any condensation
or rain water coming down the felt away from the vent
opening. |
