Installation Details
Installation of Eaves Comb Filler:
The base of the comb is marked with positions for nailing either directly onto the fascia board or on top of a Harcon Over Fascia Roof Vent, if fitted.
Eaves Comb Filler
Installation of Eaves Fascia Tray:
Position the fascia tray on top of the fascia board and nail in place.
Adjacent trays are designed to lap over each other easily forming a continuous run.
The Harcon fascia tray should sit on top of the Harcon over fascia roof vent if fitted and the two may be fixed in place simultaneously. Harcon comb fillers may also be fixed in place at the same time.
Eaves Fascia Trays
Installation of Over Fascia Roof Vent:
Lower the fascia board to allow for vent. Vent is fitted on top of fascia using locating lugs pushed against the front of fascia board. It is possible to nail anywhere along the top face and a moulded marking line is provided for guidance. Butt where necessary and cut to length at verges.
Corbelled eaves – the FV10 incorporates a fixing bead along the back of the vent.
