| Harcon Eaves Fascia Trays |

FT60 & FT150 Fascia Trays
A professional way to terminate roofing felt at the eaves. The standard 600mm length or extra 1500mm FT150 trays are fixed above the fascia board form a lightweight rigid support for the lower edge of the underlay, which can be cut back short of the gutter. It gives a clear puddle free path, directing any moisture running down the underlay into the gutter. It avoids the need for timber fillets and prevents felt rotting.
Formed from tough, rot-resistant rigid black thermoplastic. The FT150 is recommended for remedial and large roof areas for all slates and tiles. |

FV10 / FV25 Over Fascia Vents
Harcon over fascia roof vents provide discreet eaves ventilation which is undetectable once installed. The FV10 / FV25 provide the equivalent of 10mm or 25mm continuous ventilation into the roof void.
Extremely strong to resist the weight of tiles and risk of crushing by foot traffic. Lightweight and resistant to both corrosion and rotting, an integral 4mm grill prevents entry of large insects or rodents into the roof.
Suitable for buildings with or without soffit overhang, new or refurbishment projects, and in corbelled eaves situations. The use of over fascia roof vents enables shallower fascia boards to be used.
OV10 Over Fascia Roof Vents
The OV10 has a unique low profile design with an overall height of 16mm, for minimum disruption to eaves detail, and allows a 10mm air gap. Matches FV10 in all other respects. |
